1970 Sunn 2000s Head for Sale!
« on: November 29, 2006, 02:17:50 pm »
This amp was once owned by blues guitarist Jon Paris.(his old Kane street Milwaukee address is on the back plate of the amp)
It has GE preamp tubes and Tug-sol 6550's on the power side.
I have owned this amp for 10 years. My friends at Music Go Round in
Milwaukee are selling it for me because I'm currantly on tour.
You can call them at (414)281-2777.
It saddens me to sell this great amp, but I onstage I go direct through a line 6 pod so an amp isn't needed. I hope it finds a good home.

I can't seem to find your 2000S on the Greenfield, WI Music Go Round website. How much, and do you have any pics?

just call the store and ask for Ken. I have pics but not with me. I'm currently on tour. I won't be home till christmas.
It has some cigarette burns and one of the knobs is partially missing. Everything on it works though.
The amp is priced at $749.99

Congrats indeed. I hope it found a good home, since I'm on the road so much. I'm glad that it's not going to rot in storage somewhere. I fell bad that I sold it, but this is whats best for the amp. Wow, that sounds all dramatic and stuff.
Anyway, take good care of it.
