2000s for such a low price?

There is an 2000s is listed for $200 on craigslist http://killeen.craigslist.org/msg/1715457792.html
While there were several 2000s for sale for about $1000, isn't that price to low?
Should I get it?

I got my 2000S some 20 years ago for that price, so I'd say go for it.  The people in Tennessee in this little music shop off the beaten track didn't know what they had.  All it needed was to be re biased and one solder connection fixed and it has been totally reliable and sweeeeet sounding.  Sunn rules!!

Sunn 2000S bass head with (2) 2x15 cabs with JBL speakers.  Fender Jazz bass Special is primary bass with a 61 Hofner Cavern Bass as backup.  Also have an Ampeg B-15n flip top amp as well.

Think the guy who sold it so cheap has figured out that he messed up yet?  :? I'm sure he was flooded with e-mails from sunn hoarders.  :lol: :-D :wink:

Man, those deals still exist. about 4 yrs ago I picked up a 1st gen model T for $200 from a TV repair shop & about a year ago got an original 1200s for $225 then immediately found a new mint Sunn 4x12 for the same price to make a really nice rig. My best was an original ibanez flying pan pedal at a garage sale for $20. I need to go to more of those garage sales...

I wish I could buy stuff on those garage sales... Here in Poland Sunns are uncommon to see, nobody bought them back in the day, so finding one at a reasonable price is tricky.
