Sunn Beta Lead problem

Hi

recently i noticed a problem with my beta lead head, it would turn on and the light would come on in the power switch, however the lights that indicates which channel you are using, do not turn on, and there is no sound coming through. is it a problem with the input?

for clarification: the sound is not coming through the cab im using, ive run the head through several different cabs, but ive got the same problem.
