How about a Biamp page?
« on: September 21, 2009, 08:01:35 am »
After selling Sunn Sunn Musical Insturments to the Hartzel Corp., Conrad started up Biamp Systems and built some excellent mixing boards, power amps, electronic crossovers, and other shound enhansment devices. Why don't we have a BIAMP page for those of us who use those products.

I've used the older Biamp mixers and amps since 1980 and have had great service with those items - not that the Sunn products of the time weren't good, but I liked the sound and features of the Biamp equipment that Conrad was building.

I still Have my original 1980 Biamp TC-120 stereo power amp and it works fantastic. I also have a 1683 mixer, an 883B rackmount mixer, a TC-60 power amp, and a SM-23 stereo electronic crossover. All are early 80's vintage and all still work and sound great!  Here's pic of the 1683 mixer.

A Biamp page or section for the forum would be pretty sweet I think.
