Tung-Sol KT120 who's trying them?

I found one post by EdBass and am looking for a follow up. I'm wondering how a 1st Gen. Model T power trans will handle the extra current draw. I guessing it would be fine but I'd rather ask than assume. A friend is bent on trying these and wants me to drop them in and bias it up. Any thoughts? General comments? Experiences?

Better yet, does anyone here have actual specs for the power trans in the 1st and second generation Model T's? (grasping at straws!)
