The Who also borrowed the Blues Magoos backline while touring with them and Herman's Hermits in'67. Additionally, they were likely the same amps used to record I can See For Miles:

I recall a tale from a friend about coming across a garage sale where some f this gear was offered.

I emailed him to refresh my memory.

Geoff Daking was the drummer. He operates Daking Audio now. You could probably ask him some questions. He's a real gear head.

Another very interesting piece of vintage electric music gear makes a brief appearance at around 1:27 on the far left side of the screen. I can't be 100% certain because we only see it from the rear, but I think it looks very much like a Moog Melodia theremin.
