ok
so i got my new euro tubes in.

i have an " auto range digital multimeter"
i set it on V~ and it reads .000 V
im trying to bias a FMIC model t

i put the black prong the ground i assume.
into the ground port. i put the red prong into the v7v9 port and i get a reading of .001 no matter how i adjust the bias screw it stays at .001 V
if i take the ground out i get a reading between .045-.065 V

and when i move the set upover one space black in v7v8 red in v9v10 i get a reading of .001 or .002 V

i cnat afford to take it to a tech. so i really need the help
thanks
gavin
