Title: Made in Mexico
Post by: Happy Face on September 14, 2018, 11:17:04 am
I waved in a 4x12" cab yesterday. Sealed and front-loaded (with a cool loading system).

It says Made in Mexico.  What era is that from?

Thanks.

Need to reduce it.  But the back plate says Fender Musical instruments so that pegs it, I guess. Interesting front loading system.

Here's some additional data. It was loaded with Celestion G12T-75 drivers and sold as the only Model T cab 1998-2001 I think. It retailed for $749 Should be an excellent big time guitar 4X12.

That's it.  Thanks!

I plan to use it for bass with a 100 watt tube head.   A lot of margin for error, especially when I use a high pass filter. I've been using a Carvin sealed 4x12" cab with the same speakers and it sounds magical with the Hiwatt. Just wanted a cab at home as well.

Plus, how can I live with no Sunn gear whatsoever??
