Model T power transformer switch.

Anyone have experience in putting in a power transformer for europe power (230 Volts)?
I'm looking for transformer specs and possibly a few tips and tricks to help me out.

I read on another forum that according to the model t schematics the power transformer has a double  primary (115 or 120 volts) which is connected in parallel.
Would it then be as simple as to connect the primary in serial instead?

Hej,

I think the transformer should work when the primaries are in series. For example, thats how hammond trannies a wired:
