Title: sunn beta bass problem

Hi, i`m having a problem with my sunn beta bass amp. it powers up, and everything lights up, but doesn`t put any sound through the speakers. it also doesn`t send anything through the line out. has anyone else had this problem? any information would be appreciated. thanks,
