Title: sunn tolex - where to buy

Hello,
2-3 years ago I bough big piece of Sunn tolex from Fender dealer, but it's no longer produced and stored by them. Angela Instruments doesn't have it too. Do you have any idea where can I get it? I need any piece still exists!  :-D

You can check with Conrad Sundholm and see if he still has some. If he doesn't then it is probably gone.

Check eBay and Reverb ......Sunn tolex is often listed.

Hmmm...I just ordered 3 more yards of SUNN tolex from Conrad.  He is out of the original (diagonal) grille cloth sadly.

If anyone has enough for a narrow SUNN head (Sentura II) please let me know.  I would be happy to pay for the material and shipping.

I've contacted Fender regarding Sunn tolex, turns out they've just decided to discontinue it, so if you can get your hands on some, do.

Apparently Sunn is ramping up to build new amps again. For example, the 200S. Looks great, but it's pricey ($3200).

I reached out to them via email and asked about obtaining some tolex. I wasn't surprised by the answer but the hope is that they could offer it in the future:

"At the moment we are not able to sell Sunn Tolex as material only due to some restrictions but I [sic] maybe something we can offer in the future."
