does anyone have the specs such as watts rms along with the ohms????

IIRC, the Coliseum amps were all 300w into 2 ohms.

Actually, the original 70's Coliseum amps were rated 320W at 2 Ohms. Probably just marketing hype to be more Watts that the Ampeg SVT. The 80's version Coliseum 300 was only 300W.

I stand corrected. Not that 20 watts makes a significant difference at that level. ;)
