1000S amp
« on: December 06, 2011, 07:51:00 am »
I am downsizing my life and home and need to rid myself of some excess things.  Among them is a 1000 S head and matched single cabinet I have owned since 71.  I broke it out yesterday and fired it up and it seems to work just fine.  It has been sitting for a number of years.  It is in relatively rough shape due to use and traveling but it still works.  What is it worth??????  Is there a market for it???

There's always a market, if it's priced right. How much is that? I can't say. It depends on the economy, location, and finding the right buyer. There are places you can look to see if something similar has sold recently. ebay springs immediately to mind, but the 1000S is a bit of a rare bird, so ebay might not have any listings recently.

Is it for definitely for sale? Come up with a price, and we can move it to Classified.

USA  Minnesota.  I am not familiar with the shipping process but I'm sure I can figure it out.
