Late 75 / early 76 is when Sunn changed the Concert Lead over to a single channel amp.  The 2 channel amps like your's were prior to that.

I've never seen a back panel like that, but then I've only seen about six or so concerts.  It's unusual how the heat sink is in two pieces instead of the single that goes across the back - and where is the driver transistor normally in the middle of the heat sink?

It also has a two prong instead of three prong accessory power outlet.

Just a guess, but I'm thinking a real early model - I believe they came out 1969-70ish.  That would certainly explain the two prong outlet.

Joe, I think your estimate for the date is correct or very close.  The Concert Lead I used to have was from '72 and had the same faceplate as this one and two channels, but also had the one-piece heatsink and a three-prong cord (though this might not have been original).  In other words, this particular amp is probably from '72 or earlier.
Your pretty face is going to hell.
