Solarus foot switch

I have a 1968 Sunn Solarus head and 2-12 cabinet that is in pretty good shape, but missing a foot switch to operate the reverb and tremelo circuits.  Any ideas as to where and how I can get one for this model amp?  Many thanks for any help.

is it a twin-rca footswitch that you're looking for?

Yes, I need a foot switch to activate both the reverb and tremelo circuits in the amp.  Many thanks for any help.
