Title: Novice need urgent advice on SX8350 and speakers.

I am trying to help young band get started. We have been offered SX8350 plus model 1205 speakers which I believe are 100w. Are the speakers ok, big enough, compatible etc. What would be approximate fair price for this ? Sorry for dumb approach but need some basic advice on this SUNN gear and weather we should be going for this? any advice to help get us started would be very appreciated.
