100s speaker cab vs 200s speaker cab

What's the difference between the later model 100s speaker cab with the 2x15 drivers and the 200s speaker cab?  I would like to build one but I can't find any info on the design of the 100s cab.

JBL 140's
Bigger enclosure

100

Bass reflex
JBL 130's
Shallower enclosure
