100S - 6550 vs KT88

I'm getting a 100S later this week. It's coming with 6550s. Does anyone have experience with these amps and different power tube types? Is there anything I need to do besides a re-bias to switch from 6550 to KT88? I have a pair of JJ KT88s lying around that I might like to try out.

A re-bias will handle it. There are numerous threads about this, search "KT88 6550" and settle in!
