SUNN ST-15
« on: December 08, 2010, 10:55:48 am »
Hi all,

Newbie question here, I have a Sunn ST-15 practice amp ive had for some time now and due to moving house im having to sell it as i need the space.

From what i have been told this is quite a rare amp as not many were produced, it was a run out model that Sunn produced when Fender took over Suun. After this it was produced under the name of Fender.

Would any of you guys have any info on the amp and if any collectors out there would be interested in this?

Cheers

I think it was a 15 watt transistor amp, that as you posted that Fender put out at the end of the Fender/Sunn era. I'm pretty sure that the same amp comes badged as "Squier" with the low end Squier guitar starter pack.

I didn't see any Sunn badged versions, but eBay sold auctions for Squier versions recently sold for $26, $26, $40, $35, and $29.99.

There are a couple on the eBay UK site, one with a $63 about (US) BIN, and one at about $1.50 (US) with no bids and the Squier version for about $21 BIN.

If you want to sell, I'll move this to Classifieds.
