I have a set of GE tubes that were in my 2000s when I purchased it five months ago. Still working and sound great(I consider myself lucky that they came with amp) I wanted to know what difference and nuances would KT88s bring to the 2000s? My past solid state gear didn't provide the same line of valve mystery that require more expertise. All I knew were that tube amps sounded better and I couldn't afford it. Now I can and I would like to do justice to my sunn 2000s.
