Footswitch for concert lead?

Hi. I recently purchased a Sunn concert lead head. The jack for the footswitch is unlike anything I've seen - it's got a blue rubber face with 7 small holes in it, with a letter next to each one (from the top right down, A, B, F, H, C, E, D). Does anyone know what kind of footswitch the amp uses and where I could find one?

 I have a brand new footswitch for that model - still in the box. A freind of mine is selling it so make an offer and I'll get his approval to sell it to you.
