I'm not sure if this is correct to do this, but I want to let the SUNN users know that I just listed my Red Knob on EBAY. If anyone out there really has been looking for a unmolested Model T, this is as good as it gets. There's been no chassis mods or updates. I don't know if tubes where replaced before I bought it in 1980, I have not changed any. I remember back in the '60s, we replaced tubes routinely because we could, and they were cheap. The amp was studio used only, and I kept in in the basement since. Too heavy and no reason to gig it, we play only for our own fun. It's been a faithful member of our jams since we restarted 15 years ago, very little use on it prior to then. Excellent condition, 12 pics on ebay and a few more available that wouldn't fit. Tolex is in excellent condition, handles have the typical dry-aged cracking.
I just had it checked out prior to listing it, and I just final tested it for my own satisfaction. I'd forgotten how pure and potentially LOUD this thing really is. The listing started today and ends in 7 days. Anyone looking for this amp give mine a look at:
