need 7 pin footswitch for CONCERT LEAD

Howdy!

I recently acquired a SUNN Concert Lead.  Its been good to me, but I want to get the footswitch.  It has the blue 7 pin connector, I THINK its a 2 button switch, but it has switches for DISTORTION, BOOST and REVERB.  Curious if anyone has any ideas where to look. 
Voodoomanswitches has 2 that look like they would work, but they are for the Beta Lead amp.  Mine is definitely a Concert Lead, but must be a newer version that I'm guessing had a shorter run.
I would super appreciate ANY help.

I would really like to get the info as well. Seems like the product to buy is the following but I'm kind of a newbie to making footswitches :

I want to make one with that DIN conncetor to 1/4 to be able to latch from a looper. If anyone can list the parts, that'd be awesome !
