Title: Sunn 2 X 12 cabinet & Ampeg V-4, Impedence issues?

I've got what looks to be a late 60's Sunn (w/ black/white logo) 2 X 12 cabinet w/ casters.  What impedence where these cabinetsset at-4 ohms?  Also, I'm, planning to play my 70s tele bass through an Ampeg V-4 head.  Do you think I'll run into any problems with this particular set up?  Thanks for the info.
