IS SUNN (FENDER) BUILDING THEIR NEW 2X15 CABS TO THE SAME SPECS AS THE ONES BUILT IN THE 60'S.

Hi Doug, From what I've read I don't think so. The port is on the bottom, and they're loaded with Emminence instead of JBLs. I played one however, and it kicked butt!

I have a 215S cabinet that was manufactured in the early '70's.  It has ports along the long side.  I put two Carvin P15SC-8's in it.  Nothing can touch it.
