Title: handles on staggered 4x12 cab?

my cab doesn't appear to haveany holes drilled for handles. feet etc>
it just has the holes where the casters would be on the bottom and a couple of strange screws on the side.

could this be where a handle was supposed to be?

does any one have a sceptre cab with 4 12's to compare

if you couls show a pic or a link to where I can purchase a handle
(if there is one) i would appreciate it

I don't know where to get one, but I think I recall a "handles and hardware" discussion recently, fairly lengthy thread about who's selling what for how much.
