Weird Sunn Sentura II?

picked up a sunn sentura II with no reverb or trem just separate controls for the two channels.  anyone seen this before?

Does it have numbers on the face plate instead of the knobs, two inputs and four knobs, Volume Treble Bass and Coutour? Might be an early 1967 model.

We need some pix! An exterior shot of the faceplate and a few gut shots too.
I don't recall that Sunn ever made a Sentura II with two channels. Perhaps someone yanked the tremolo and reverb and wired 2 of the input jacks to the reverb driver tube and a new, second set of controls (volume, treble & bass) in place of the tremolo and reverb controls?
