No one I've ever heard of. The original Model T was a pretty nearly perfect amp. Not perfect for every application, of course, but perfect for what it was. All of the Model T mods I've heard or read about deal with making the second generation Model T amp more like the first generation.

What do you want to make it do? I'd say if it doesn't work for you in stock form you might want to get something else. I agree with Isaac that it's not necessarily the best tool for every job, however the Model T does what it does very well.

I dunno, the thing is a beast. A pretty clean sounding beast. Great big, loud sound and it takes pedals really well, sounds good for doom and stoner rock. Maybe I just need a different fuzz/distortion pedal, like a Musket or just a big muff pi... idk I play heavy, psychedelic stuff and this amp only seems to sound good at 11. More hifi sounding than my Laney, thats for sure.

It's worth what someone will actually pay, "guessing" is futile and misleading.
That said; here's some examples of what people actually paid.

6-01   1974 for $1,901.00
6-24   1976 for $1,600.00
7-27   2nd Gen for $1,226.99
7-31   1973 for $1,695.00

It appears that for some reason (right place at the right time, condition, etc.) that yours was "worth" less than $1000 when you bought it. It would also seem that you could turn a tidy profit on yours if it's in decent shape.
If it's for sale and you want the biggest reach and highest bidder, list it on eBay. Or settle on a sale price and list it here, Craigslist, or whatever.

I personally think that all vintage Sunn tube amp values are hurt by the association with doom, drone, stoner rock etc. The tonal attributes of the 4 output tube Sunns are loud and very hi-fi, not dissimilar to the attributes that influence the appeal of vintage Hiwatts, but I think the general association of "Sunn" with that  lower end niche genre vs. the association of Hiwatt with the broad appeal of the affluent and more mainstream classic "British Rock" genre keeps the value of Sunn gear repressed.

Just my opinion, of course.

It might be nice - for those of us who already own Sunn gear! - if somebody big were seen to be using it. Jimi used Sunn gear for a little while, but it really didn't suit him. John Entwistle used Sunn bass gear for a long time, but bass gear rarely has the cache that guitar gear does. BTO used Sunn Model T amps, but they disguised them as Marshalls onstage*, so few people realize it.

*No, really. They had custom cabinets made that looked like Marshall amp heads.

Thanks for the replies!
I'm glad people actually respond in this forum. I've been trying to get info/feedback about my Laney on another forum and it's pretty dead. No posts for months. Anyway, I will probably hold onto this Sunn for a while and see what combos of different drivers and pedals sound best to me. It's putting out about 120w currently and its friggin loud. Sounds great with 4 x v30's but the bass sounds so killer out of 4 x G12k-100!!! Maybe I'll put them both in a cab in an "X" pattern. I've heard of people doing that. Anyone ever try?
