i was playing really really loud the other day
and a tube started turning bright orange and blue and i killed the power and havent touched it scince..help?

looks like you fryed a power tube if it is the power tube if it is any tube this is cool looking but very bad. :(
I would advise taking the amp to a amp tech, and having it checked to see if you might of fried something other than just the tube. :cry:
Does this amp have russian tubes in it or NOS. :-?
If russian, this happens often with those tubes. :x

took it in

guy said i took out some resistors and then he replaced them.

i now have two green lights on in the back trouble indicators.
i am currently broke and cannot afford to get it diagnosed.

any more advice??
ps the new tubes checked out biased correctly.

not sure what kind

they are MOJO TONE

thats all i gots on it

Green is good on those indicator lights.  If the new model T is like the 300T, the lights are to indicate when a fuse has blown.  One light per pair of tubes.  Red means you have blown a fuse - your amp should still work-just using the remaining tube pair that don't connect to the blown fuse and connect to the remaining good fuse.  Green should indicate the fuses are working properly.  Also, in standbye mode the lights should always be red.  Is your amp working, and your just concerned about the green lights, or is the head still dead?

my indicators should be red in stand by??

they dont have any light in standby mode.

I own the 300T sunn bass head - this amp also has fuse indicator lights which change from green to red when I have the amp in stand-bye mode.  I believe this is correct based upon what I have read in the paperwork that comes with the amp.  As far as the model T - I assumed it would do the same.  It may not - anyone else have a clue?

doesnt anyone have a current service manual for it?!

the silly fender "mr gear head"  has the manual listed but its a dead link.
