I have the chance to trade my ENGL412SS for Sunn412cab....it looks like the reissues made until 1998...now i know the reissues use Celestion G12T75....the gauy with the Sunn told me he bought this cab in 1981 soo much to early for the reissue...so i thinck its an original old one...its not a Sunn412L !!! its the one with the fender grillcloth....so does anybody know what speakers are in there? Eminence? JBL? Celestion or some odd ones? maybe Sunns? i couldn't find it in the catalog of 1974 or 1968...the guy said that the speakers have around 70watt each...maybe some g12t75...

are there still some 6x12 cabs available? Surely not in europe! But i the states?

If it is tall and skinny, it is an orginal with Sunn alnico speakers. Mine is from 1969. Wonderful guitar cab. Lots of sparkle and overtones.

If it is short and squat, it is the new Fender cab with Celestions.

There may also be some late '70's/early '870's models about which I know nothing. Maybe someone else can help you.

Funny you should ask. I just got through setting it up in the living room for a jam this PM and it seems to be OK.

Bad capacitor somewhere that needed some time off?

Who knows? Let's see if it lasts the afternoon.

Thanx for your help....but it doesnt look like your cab. its looking like a ''normal??'' cab...

so maybe its the cab nobody knows from?
