Sunn Cocert Lead foot switch

I just aquired a Sunn Concert Lead Serial #A01559 and has a Warranty date of 5/78.  I am looking for the Foot switch or a way to modify it t a standard 1/4 inch plug style.  The style now is a seven pin plug.  Any help would be appreciated.

 I have a NOS concert series footswitch2. It has 2 buttons and the 7 pin connector.
