Does my amp exist?

Hey everyone!
How come I can't find any info on my sunn amp?  It is a 2x12 solid state combo.  All it says on it is Sunn and C-mos Technology. The serial number is A 67758.  Any info on this would be helpful, especially info on the speakers, wattage rating, resistance; I want to convert it into an optional extension cab since it is so light.  Any help you can give me would be great!  Thanks!

A Sunn amp without a model name on it?  Never seen such an animal.

C-mos technology immediately brings to mind a combo version of the Beta Lead.  These had the 2-12" speakers mounted at an angle to each other, as if they were pointing towards each other.

The Alpha series included combos... but I don't know if they used C-mos chips.

All I can think of is a Beta Lead.  There was some sort of other combo amp from that era I believe.....
