200s in Italy

I bought a 200s recently but it is a 117 volts (as anyone knows), in Italy we have 220 v.
Is there anyone who can help me change the voltage on my amp?
I'm not a pro, please be clear and simple...

I would recommend to get a 220v to 115v converter and use that. The power transformer only runs on 115v so unless you want to change the power transformer, you can't do it any other way. A new power transformer for those today is about $130 or more! The converter would be a seperate unit that you would plug the amp into, and also plug into the wall.
