Im wondering if i plugged this head into a 6x10 ampeg bass cab, would i blow it? And is there anyway i could maybe change the wattage coming out of the head itself?

Why? Does "this one goes to eleven"?

As long as you were judicious (reasonably so) with the VOLUME control, I see no problem.
