Amp config.... Beta lead + Sorado

Alright , so here goes... I do not know if this is the best set up for what I want to do, but currently I am running the sorado into the power amp in of the beta, with the beta, leading into my avatar 4x12... it sounds alright... but is extremely fucking loud... even on one.... Could someone tell me exactly what is going on with this set up... I know what I did to a degree, but did not know if there could be better configs for this set up... by the way... I am going into clean channel B , was in A last night it is was ripping.... I am in a stoner/drone/doom band... Just trying to get this best set up I can.... some help would be great

you don't say whether or not you have hooked up a cabinet to the Sorado, which I believe would be best because your amp needs to see a load. Are you then running the Beta Lead off of the 2nd input? (the Sorado's I've seen don't have outs on the back) Please don't tell me that you put the speaker out into your Beta Lead input. (I've seen it before, unfortunately)
