SUNN Stage 410
« on: December 25, 2007, 08:38:28 pm »
I Just Got Me A Sunn Stage 410 Combo As A Christmas Present And I Was Wondering If Anyone Could Tell Me Some Things About It.
What Year Was It Made?
Also I Was Wondering If Anyone Knew If It Would Be Safe To hook It Up To My....69? Fender Bassman 100 Cab
As It's Rated At 4 Ohms And Well....The Speakers In My Stage 410 Are 16 Ohms.....Maybe By Some Off Chance The Combo Is Rated At Less Ohms?
HAHA Probably Not Eh? Anyways Anything Would Be Helpful Really.
Thanks For Your Time

There's A Pic If It Helps HAHA

Black face and red knobs mark it as mid to late 70's, I think.

Possible.

Anyway, the solid state Sunn amps of the period are good down to 4 ohms. Coliseums down to 2 ohms. I don't know, but I'm pretty certain that the Stage 410 used the same power stage as the Concert series. I wouldn't go below 4 ohms.
