Sunn lineage and other questions.

I don't know if this question has been asked before.

Could someone list or provide a link, which deatils Sunn amps through the years.  starting from the 1st to their unfortunate demise, as well as list Tube or solid state, bass or lead

Will soon be in the market for a vintage Sunn lead head (although I have seen and heard Sunn bass works just fine as well) I generally play Grunge/Heavy alternative type of music, but love late 60's tone.
What Sunn would work best for this use?
