Help identifying a 1960's Dynaco/ Sunn

My friend found a Sunn head a garage sale I had never seen before. I did a little research and the transformer came back as a dynaco and had read that they were using those Dynamo kits back then to make sunn heads. Can anyone tells how to really indentify this amp? It seams pretty rare. Also it turns on gets power to the tubes but no output. Does anyone have any suggestion on where it should go for repairs? I have tried to post a pic and it will not let me. Anyone wanting a look for more info email me and I'll send pics.

Are the controls on top of the amp or on the front of the amp?

To post pics, click the "+" symbol in front of "Attachments and other options" below the text box. When the drop down opens click "Browse", and then find the pic you want to attach on you computers hard drive. Double click on the file and it should pop right in.
Or you could upload the pics to a free third party site like Photobucket, and just cut and paste the image link into the body of your post in the text window.

Just because the tubes light up does not mean they have power. There are several circuits in a tube, one of which is the high voltage that gives the power. Another is the high current, low voltage heater supply, which is what allows the tube to light up. It is feasible that the high voltage circuit is somehow not functioning in some respect that causes the amp to not produce sound. Could be a bad cap or caps, or bad resistors, could be bad tubes, could be bad transformers. The amp needs to be put on a bench and troubleshot by someone who knows how to safely work on high voltage equipment.
