I can't pull up the CL listing anymore, but I think I got that 1200S Head.  The grill cloth was replaced with black ant the tolex was covered in felt, which I removed.  It needs cloth, knobs, feet and corners, but it works great!   I have it on a 100S bottom for now, so I can't really open it up, but it sounds great.
