Sunn T-150S cabs?

What's the deal with these?  Guitar geek says these are the cabs that Buzzo used but I've never heard of them nor have I been able to find anything about them.  Any ideas?

haha wrong in the sense about what he plays or wrong in the sense that that's no a real cab or what?  if it is real I'd love to check one out...if not no sweat

he doesn't use that.  i think there is a T-150 or something with a similar name but it is/was a fender product.  there is a guy around here that played with akimbo for a while and i think he used one.
