Sunn Coliseum Lead question -- Foot controller

Does anyone know what foot controller the Sunn Coliseum Lead requires? And what functions on the Lead are controlled by the foot controller itself? I know it has reverb, but doesn't the footswitch have two switches? Thanks for any help.
