there's a guy selling both a 1st gen model T and a sunn 4x15 cab.   i think he posted in the classified section on this site.  he also has a post on stonerrock.com   i'd buy that shit if i lived closer to him.

Theres a pair of older 60's bass bins for sale on eBay.  They appear to be from the old 200 S bass amps.  They're in really rough condition and need some TLC...but if you can get them for a good price they might be worth it.
