   Hi there,that's quite a find.Don't recall seeing any Japanese amps like that.The Tolex reminds me of those ELK amps,they made primarily Fender copies,might be an ACETONE,don't know.It'll be interesting to see if it can be identified,keep us informed,thanks,Mel.

I think that's an early Univox head. Also sold under the Lafayette name in the US. Lafayette Radio was a mail order electronics outfit on Long Island. They sold parts, speakers, Hi-Fi components. They even had a store in Portland.
