I sent a message to internetusa.net regarding the
offensive postings from one of their users on our
discussion forum.
I called them and told them about what was going on
and they asked me to send logs/time/date info to them.
And I did, and then I got this response:

Is that the post that you are referring to? If so, IMHO this simply
displays sheer ignorance on the part of the poster. While it is clearly
STUPID I'm not sure I see the point of mounting any big investigation. I'm
not trying to be insensitive, my friend, but can you enlighten me a bit as
to why anyone would be upset by this? The poster is an asshole. The
planet is full of 'em.
What I see are two assinine posts seemingly in response to an intelligent
comment, that don't even seem to make any sense to me.
Please don't misunderstand my drift here. Explain to me why this is so
terribly upsetting.
Researching logs for this will take some time. Are you willing to pay for
it? If I cut you a break on the research costs on this, I would charge you
half of the normal $100 per hour rate for this sort of work.
And based on what I see, if it turns out that the logs show a single user
responsible for both sessions you refer to, the most I can do is let him
know that you are displeased and refer him to you. He would know that his
anonymous posts are not so anonymous as he thought, and he might refrain
from such behavior in the future.
Please advise.
