Fair price for Concert Slave / Orion head
« on: January 30, 2009, 03:41:23 pm »
I have a seller that is not sure what to charge me for a coupe of items and was looking for some insight as to what others have been paying..

First is a Concert Slave, the few I have seen were going between $100 - $150.  It is in good working condition but needs some major cleaning.

Second is an Orion head.  Until seeing this one I had never saw one before.  It looks clean and I would assume it works, I only brought the slave above hoem to tets because it is all I really wanted.  I have found even less information on people buying / selling them.  I actually have no interest in this piece but seller want the 2 pieces to go in one sale.  Any ideas of a fair price for one?  I will probaly be turning around and selling this item once purchased.

Thanks for any help, and if anyone is interested in the Orion, let me know.

The last two Orions that sold on ebay were in the $150-200 range. Might go for more if it has an old band's stencil on it.

Hi,

just payed 175 $ for a 1979 Concert Bass. It does need a new switch and some minor stuff but the case etc. is in a very good condition.

Greetings
