I just got an email back from the guy, and he says that back panel says 160 RMS. I've no idea what that means, and was wondering if anybody could tell me if it would work with my concert bass amp AC Outlet 120vac 200w

Figure I may as well lump this here.

I have a person wanting to sell me a Sunn Ads 4000 Digital Delay, but I don't know much about it.

Can anyone tell me more? Its late here, and My tired eyes didn't do well searching google.
