Good buy?

I bought this 4x12 cab last night on sight from a fellow at a show, for 250$.

It's got some UGLY table cloth over the tolex, but I'm taking that off as we speak...speakers a very very clean, and sound good.

I'm pretty happy, would you guys be?

If it sounds good who wouldn't be happy with it?  I can't see the picture, but if the only thing "wrong" with it is cosmetic what's now a good buy about it?
