HELP!! Model T Died!

My Sunn Model T just died on me, no power coming on.  Does anyone have a schematic, can't find mine...  Appreciate any help as I gig out with this.

Hi, it's a '74, no red lettering or knobs.  I've got power to the buddy plug but it looks like that isn't going through the circuit breaker, only have about 30 VAC on the center leg of the breaker, I think it failed?  Schematic would be helpful.. Appreciate any help.
