Quick Question About Multiple Inputs on Sunn Amps
« on: May 23, 2010, 04:57:47 pm »
Hi ya'll. Just got a quick question about the 4 inputs on my Concert Lead.

In the past I have run guitar into the distortion channel, then keyboard into the reverb channel and used them simultaneously into one 4x12 cabinet. You can control the volume and all that with each channel and make a "mix" for yourself. Is it possible to do this with 2 cabs and literally split the amp?? Like, speaker out 1 goes to a cab and plays guitar, speaker out 2 goes to a cab and plays keyboard.

I would just try it but I'm not near my stuff and I know someone will answer this easily. Is this dangerous!??!

Thanks,
Dean

The concert lead will not split the signal you will just hear both the guitar and keyboard trough both cabs. you can run two cabs as long as you don't go under the 4 ohm load
