Walt,

Have you thought about changing out the speakers?

I have. But I wouldn't know a good replacement, and I don't have the money unless someone would want to trade their speakers for the originals out of the cab. I'd rather not, because if I ever do sell the cab, to me, it's like selling snakes oil "yeah it's a Sunn but the speakers aren't, you sure you wanna buy this" "yes, it's still a Sunn" "Ok, it's your money"

I have a few questions because I'm thinking about getting a 412L.  What speakers did they come with?  And, did they come with foam lining or not?  Lining dampens the sound overall I thought, but it "improves"/increases the bass response?
